Established in 1992, this three-month treatment program is for mothers who have a dual diagnosis of a substance abuse problem and a mental health issue. The women entering Arkansas CARES can be pregnant and/or have children 12 years old or younger. Moms and children stay together during treatment, and together they receive therapy and learn how to work together as a team.
